Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of SENIOR graphic designer. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications.

Qualifications for senior graphic designer

· 10 years or more experience in agency/design firm or similar

· a portfolio that shows a broad range of experience including print, packaging, visual, and illustrations

· 10 years or more of professional experience with print, packaging, visual, digital and graphic design

· Excellent sense of artistry

· Expertise in UI,UX, video design and social media

· Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Expertise in graphic design software (3D-Modelling softwares, Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffect, Premier, Corel)

· Mastering the principles of aesthetics, color and typography

· Having proper knowledge of marketing and branding

· Fully fluent in English

Responsibilities for senior graphic designer

· Motivate and coach the team to ensure maximum engagement and creativity in all projects

· Ensure creative briefs for high-level business projects are interpreted and acted upon effectively

· Taking leadership of creative projects and ensuring brand consistency across all of the team’s work

· Creating new ideas and furthering creative thinking where possible

· Continuously growing in skills and knowledge and applying it to the projects and that of the creative team

· Creating advertising materials

· Visualize and create concepts from the idea phase all the way through to the final product

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects by adhering to critical project timelines

· Actively follow global retail trends and be proactive in contributing fresh ideas that will delight consumers

· Develop concepts by hand and software, and execute original content
