آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با برنامه‌ریزی تولید
توانایی اسکان یا حضور مستمر در جزیره کیش
تسلط بر GMP و توانایی تطبیق شرایط تولید با ضوابط
نظارت بر عملکرد پرسنل تولید
آشنایی و تجربه کاری در حوزه تولید داروهای جامد
آشنایی کافی با منابع و گاید لاین PIC/S, WHO, ICH و نیز فارماکوپه های معتبر
توانایی حل مسئله و بحران و قدرت تصمیم گیری آنی
برخورداری از روابط عمومی بالا و روحیه کار تیمی
پیگیری اجرای قوانین، ضوابط و دستورالعمل های صادره از حوزه نظارتی
ارائه گزارشات دوره ای از بهره وری بخش خدمات دارویی به مدیریت
نظارت بر فرآیند و سرعت انجام پروسه ها در هماهنگی با واحد برنامه ریزی
توانایی اجرای برنامه تولید براساس ظرفیت دستگاهی و نیروی انسانی موجود در تولید
توانایی حل مسئله و بحران و قدرت تصمیم گیری آنی
