Danesh Andishan Gharn Asia is a company that is active in Fintech industry and serves his costumers from all around the world and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong backgrounds in crypto exchanges, blockchain companies, financial services, insurance, banking, payment companies, stock/ brokerage firms, or SaaS startups.
The Role
We’re seeking an Affiliate and Partnerships Business Development Expert to expand our global presence by forging meaningful partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and projects in the finance and Cryptocurrency ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and partners in the trading industry.
- Negotiate and manage partnership contracts that drive user acquisition and brand growth.
- Take a part in the company’s strategies to expand presence across different regions (APAC, CIS, MENA) through KOL/influencer marketing
- Track performance metrics, analyze ROI of KOL campaigns, and optimize strategies for growth
- Maintain and support existing users, affiliates, and business partners
- Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing or business partnerships is needed. It’s better to have related experiences in one or any of these industries: Financial services, SaaS startups, crypto exchanges, blockchain companies, insurance, banking, payment companies, stock/ brokerage firms
- Fluency in English is mandatory - Knowledge of additional languages such as Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), Hindi, Malay, or other South/Southwest Asian languages is a major advantage.
- Better to have: understanding of crypto trends, trading, fintech, user growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of crypto markets (preferred).
