سرپرست حراست | Security Supervisor

گروه شرکت‌های اکسون به دنبال یک سرپرست امنیتی با تجربه و مهارت‌های لازم برای حفظ و نظارت بر امنیت و ایمنی محیط‌های کاری خود در تهران است. این فرد مسئول پیگیری و اعمال سیاست‌های امنیتی با هدف ایجاد یک محیط امن و حفاظت از افراد و دارایی‌های شرکت می‌باشد.

مسئولیت ها:
- بررسی و نظارت بر رعایت سیاست‌ها و پروتکل‌های امنیتی در تمامی بخش‌های شرکت
- هماهنگی و رهبری تیم امنیتی برای اطمینان از پاسخگویی سریع به حوادث و تهدیدات
- اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی برای ارتقاء دانش و توانایی تیم امنیتی
- ارزیابی و تحلیل ریسک‌های امنیتی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای مدیریتی
- نظارت بر تجهیزات و ابزارهای امنیتی و اطمینان از عملکرد صحیح آن‌ها

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته روانشناسی
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در حراست یا نگهبانی
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مدیریت تیم
- مهارت در حل مسائل و تصمیم‌گیری تحت فشار
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات امنیتی

Exxon Group of Companies is looking for a security supervisor with experience and necessary skills to maintain and monitor the security and safety of its work environments in Tehran. This person is responsible for following up and applying security policies with the aim of creating a safe environment and protecting the company's people and assets. Responsibilities: - Reviewing and monitoring compliance with security policies and protocols in all company departments - Coordination and leadership of the security team to ensure quick response to incidents and threats - Implementing training programs to improve the knowledge and ability of the security team - Assessing and analyzing security risks and proposing management solutions - Monitoring security equipment and tools and ensuring from their proper functioning

Competencies:
- degree in psychology
- relevant work experience in security or guarding
- ability to communicate effectively and manage a team
- skill in solving problems and making decisions under pressure
- familiarity with security laws and regulations
