The Senior Marketing Performance Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of paid media platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will lead performance initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize ROI.
Duties:
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, Torob, and retargeting).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage media budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and goal alignment.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and landing pages with campaign goals.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the marketing team.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- More than 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with attribution models, customer journey mapping, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
