Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs
• Seek out actively new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and being in the field.
• Negotiate and close deals as well as handle complaints or objections.
• Cooperate with production, logistics, and finance departments regarding production plans, shipments, etc.
• Prepare a database of foreign customers and related documentation.
• Be responsible for managing key clients, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of the plastic industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and transportation and costumes processes.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Possibility to travel abroad for missions.
• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is a must.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
• Good command of using different Microsoft Office programs.
