Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Purpose
Join Mofid’s FP&A team to support strategic planning, performance management, and data-driven analytics across our asset management business. In this role, you will help define measurable departmental objectives and sales performance metrics, strengthen financial models and management reporting, and contribute to business development initiatives through market research and industry benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

• Department Goals & Performance Management
• Contribute to design, monitor, and maintain a structured KPI and OKR framework to track performance against targets.
• Modeling & Forecasting
• Develop and maintain sales performance reporting, including pipeline health, conversion rates, productivity, net new assets/flows, and fee revenue impact.
• Analyze trends and variances and present clear insights to senior management.
• Conduct sensitivity and stress analysis to support strategic and management decisions.
• Data, Reporting & Automation.
• Build and maintain structured, auditable, and scalable dashboards and financial models in Google Sheets.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency across reporting processes through automation and process enhancements.
• Prepare clear, management-ready presentations that focus on insights, implications, and decision support rather than raw data.
• Business Analytics & Strategic Solutions
• Develop and propose data-driven solutions, analytical frameworks, and tools that support business development initiatives and enhance strategic and commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business-related roles (FP&A, finance, business development, sales, product management, …)
• Solid familiarity with the Iranian capital markets, asset management business, and financial industry
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Advanced English reading proficiency
• CFA Level I passed (strongly recommended)
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recommended)
• Experience with BI tools and financial planning systems (nice to have)
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation (nice to have)
