We’re Hiring: Senior Flutter Developer

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Flutter apps for Android and iOS.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Make key technical decisions on state management, app performance, and modular design (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — designers, product owners, QA, and backend engineers — to deliver complete solutions.
• Contribute in an Agile environment.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and internal documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with significant time focused on Flutter/Dart.
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex apps.
• Strong knowledge of state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and network handling in Flutter.
• Published apps on both App Store and Google Play.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) experience.
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, WebSockets, or local storage (Hive, SQFlite).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic.
• Knowledge of responsive design, animations, and custom UI in Flutter.

• Full-time position.
• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 – 17:00
• Fridays and Saturdays off.
