Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Problem Solving
● Identify key users and business problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
● Formulate clear hypotheses and translate insights into structured growth opportunities.
● Build and own an experimentation roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
● Design, run, and evaluate experiments (A/B tests or other structured methodologies).
● Analyze experiment outcomes to validate hypotheses, refine ideas, and guide next steps.
● Establish scalable processes for continuous testing, iteration, and learning.
● Define and monitor high-level product success metrics without over-indexing on low-level KPIs.
● Detect behavioral patterns, bottlenecks, and friction points across the user journey.
● Partner with data teams to build dashboards, automate insights, and ensure data quality.
● Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders — including engineering, data, design, marketing, commercial, operations teams, and other product groups.
● Align diverse stakeholders around growth priorities and drive coordinated execution.
● Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to influence decision-making across teams.
● Work with design and research teams to test concepts, validate assumptions, and develop user-centric solutions.
● Simplify complex problems into clear, actionable steps that improve the overall user experience and drive conversion.
Requirements
● Have experience in Product Management or Growth Product roles with a strong focus on data analysis, experimentation, and structured problem-solving.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deeply data-driven mindset.
● Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks (hypothesis design, test setup, statistical interpretation).
● Proficiency with product analytics and behavioral analytics tools.
● Working knowledge of data exploration tools such as SQL, Python, or experiment analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
● Ability to work autonomously (agentic mindset) in fast-paced, iterative, high-ambiguity environments.
● Exposure to UX research, data science, or growth frameworks.
