About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and scalability of our Quarkino Platform SaaS. Collaborating closely with our development and product teams, you will lead the entire DevOps lifecycle, from infrastructure provisioning and automation to deployment, monitoring, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure for the Quarkino Platform SaaS, leveraging cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using industry-leading tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Establish and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate efficient and reliable software releases.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Implement and uphold security best practices, including access control, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Foster collaboration with development and product teams to ensure smooth deployments and platform stability.
- Stay abreast of the latest DevOps trends and technologies, continually enhancing our practices and processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong grasp of system monitoring and performance optimization tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices and incident response procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures.
- Exposure to infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
- Background in security automation tools.
