We are hiring a Senior Automation & Applied AI Enablement Specialist within Digikala’s Customer Operations DepartmentThis role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation and AI-driven solutions to eliminate manual work, increase operational efficiency, and improve decision-making quality across the contact .centerThe focus is on fast MVP delivery, measurable impact, and long-term maintainabilityKey Responsibilities:Identify repetitive, automation-ready processes and prioritize them based on business impactDesign and implement automations (script-based or low-code/RPA) for reporting, monitoring, quality control, and operational workflowsBuild rapid MVPs  and iteratively evolve them into production-ready solutions.Apply AI / LLM capabilities to real operational use cases, such as:ClassificationInformation extractionSummarizationAlerting and anomaly detectionInternal AI assistantsCollaborate with BI and data teams to connect automations to data sources and track measurable impact.Create lightweight technical documentation and train users to ensure sustainable adoption.Own the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production automations.Qualifications & Requirements:Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following tracks (portfolio or samples required):Python-based automation, including API integration and lightweight ETLAdvanced Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot) combined with scriptingLow-code / RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Retool, or similar)Practical understanding of AI / LLM concepts with experience applying them in real organizational scenarios.Ability to design simple, fast, and maintainable solutionsBachelor’s or Master’s degree from top-tier public universitiesStrong MVP-driven mindset with rapid, iterative delivery.Chooses fit-for-purpose solutions rather than over-engineering.Effective collaboration with operations and frontline teamsClear ownership mindset for maintenance and reliability of delivered solutions.Nice to Have:Experience with lightweight MLOps or model deploymentExperience building internal agents or chatbotsFamiliarity with data architecture and pipelinesPrior experience working in large-scale startups or high-growth organizations
