• نظارت بر تعیین و تدوین طبقه‌بندی جامع محصولات در کسب و کار سازمان (درخت محصول).
• نظارت بر اطلاعات محیط کلان و رقبا و سوابق فروش سازمان.
• نظارت بر ایده‌های توسعه محصول و استخراج ایده های سیستماتیک.
• انجام تحقیقات در سایت‌ها و برندهای بین‌المللی.
• کشف و درک فرصت‌ها و نیازهای بازار.
• بازدید از نمایشگاه و رویدادهای مرتبط با محصول و خدمات و شناسایی موضوعات جدید و ارائه گزارش به مدیریت.
• آنالیز دقیق میزان کارآمدی سازمان در ارائه محصولات و خدمات.
• تدوین گزارش عملکرد سالیانه شرکت.
