• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and industry best practices. 
• Lead and participate in the execution of manual and automated tests to identify defects, performance issues, and usability problems. 
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. 
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the software development lifecycle. 
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical expertise and support. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into the software quality and progress. 
• Participate in release management activities, including release readiness assessments and regression testing. 

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing. 
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
• Proficiency in test automation using industry-standard frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress). 
• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. 
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating testing efforts across cross-functional teams. 
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
