We are seeking a motivated and capable Assistant to the General Manager to join our team at Nizek, supporting our daily operations and organizational growth.
- Work directly with the General Manager to plan, coordinate, and follow up on organizational tasks and projects.
- Prepare, draft, and update internal process documents and workflows.
- Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate execution of management decisions.
- Handle internal and external correspondence and prepare regular reports for management.
- Translate and write business documents and communications in English.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage the General Manager’s daily schedule and appointments.
Requirements:
- Gender: Preferably male
- Age: 22 to 26 years old
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management)
- Proficiency in English (above intermediate level in speaking and writing)
- Familiarity with organizational structure and process documentation
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to make timely decisions
- Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
