We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-thinking Senior Product Designer who can own design end-to-end and act as a true partner to Product and Engineering leadership.
This is not a “pixel pusher” or purely visual role. We need someone who combines strong UX thinking with execution speed, understands technical constraints, and can move fast with PMs and engineers to ship real impact.

Duties:
- Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery to delivery
- Build and maintain component-based design solutions in Figma
- Create, evolve, and document Design Systems & Design Tokens
- Solve complex UX problems using strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Design responsive interfaces with mobile as the top priority
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and scalable implementation
- Use data and insights to validate and improve design decision
- Ensure designs meet high standards of accessibility and usability
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:
· - Components & variants
· - Auto layout
· - Component-driven design systems
- Deep understanding of:
- - Gestalt principles
- - Layout & grid systems
- - Color theory & visual hierarchy
- Strong knowledge of Design Systems, Design Tokens, and scalable UI architecture
- Solid understanding of Accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Excellent skills in responsive design, especially mobile-first design
- Strong analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Big Data concepts
- Familiarity with:
- - GA4 (basic understanding)
- -Microsoft Clarity (or similar behavior analytics tools)
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
