Field Recruitment and Performance Admin

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Field Recruitment and Performance Admin to join our team. This role will support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing candidates, coordinating with Operations Managers, and handling basic administrative duties. Strong communication skills and occasional travel are required.

Responsibilities:

Assist in Candidate Sourcing

• Help identify and screen potential candidates for field positions.
• Support database maintenance by keeping candidate information organized for quick access and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with Operations Managers

• Share relevant candidate information and assist with interview scheduling based on staffing requirements.
• Provide simple updates on candidate progress to Operations Managers as needed.

Database and Record Management

• Regularly update and organize candidate records to streamline recruitment activities.
• Track candidate follow-ups and document interactions in the database.

Basic Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and basic legal requirements throughout recruitment tasks.
• Assist in preparing brief summaries of recruitment activities for the Supervisor.

Administrative Support

• Use Microsoft Office tools to complete simple documentation tasks and manage basic reporting.
• Help maintain an organized recruitment process by providing general administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in recruitment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and learn quickly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support recruitment activities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
