ما در تیم فروش الوپیک به دنبال یک همکار برای فروش میدانی هستیم تا کنار هم نقش کلیدی در طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید ایفا نماید.

اهداف اصلی:

مراجعه حضوری به فروشگاه‌ها و کسب‌وکارهای هدف برای معرفی خدمات شرکت
شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید از طریق مذاکره و ایجاد ارتباط موثر
ارائه توضیحات کامل و حرفه ای درباره خدمات الوپیک به مشتریان بالقوه
پیگیری مشتریان برای نهایی کردن قراردادها
تهیه گزارش از فعالیت‌های میدانی و نتایج فروش
همکاری با تیم فروش و بازاریابی
حفظ و تقویت روابط بلندمدت با مشتریان موجود
تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه راه‌حلهای متناسب با خدمات شرکت
رعایت استانداردها و سیاست‌های شرکت در تعاملات با مشتریان

مهارت های مورد نیاز:

مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی
توانایی پیگیری و به نتیجه رساندن مذاکرات
توانایی کار به صورت مستقل و تیمی

الزامات شغلی:

دارای حداقل 3 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط
تجربه کار در شرکت های ارایه کننده خدمات آنلاین یا شرکتهای لجستیک
ارتباط گیری خوب و دارای روحیه تیمی

We are looking for a colleague for field sales in the Elopik sales team to play a key role in designing and implementing sales strategies and market analysis and identifying new opportunities.

Main objectives:

In-person visits to target stores and businesses to introduce the company's services
Identifying and attracting new customers through negotiation and establishing effective communication
Providing full and professional explanations about Elopik services to potential customers
Following up with customers to finalize Contracts
preparing reports on field activities and sales results
collaborating with the sales and marketing team
maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers
analyzing customer needs and providing solutions tailored to the company's services
observing company standards and policies in interactions with customers

Job requirements:

Having at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Working experience in companies providing online services or logistics companies
Good communication and having a team spirit
