Job Advertisement: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and optimize customer engagement. In this role, you will not only manage digital campaigns but also analyze their performance and implement improvements to maximize results. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and a strong ability to interpret data, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Manage content creation and distribution to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, making recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, content marketing, or online advertising.
- SEO & SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and digital advertising strategies.
- Paid Advertising Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Content Marketing Skills: Ability to develop high-quality, engaging content for different digital platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- English Proficiency: Strong ability to read, understand, and apply digital marketing best practices from global sources.
