شرح وظایف:

شناسایی نیاز های سازمان و ارتباط با تیم مشاور
پیاده‌سازی ERP بر اساس نیازهای سازمان
پشتیبانی و رفع اشکال لحظه‌آی فرایندها (پاسخ‌گویی سریع به مشکلات کاربران، رفع خطاهای سیستمی، بهینه‌سازی فرایندها و همکاری با واحدهای مربوطه
آموزش کاربران (آموزش کار با سیستم، تهیه ویدئو و راهنمای کاربری و تدوین سناریوهای آموزشی)
تسلط بر یکی از ماژول FI-CO PP-PM-QM
مهارت‌های فنی:
آشنایی با مفاهیم SAP ERP
تسلط بر نرم افزارهای Office

Introduction:
We at "Artaban Motor" are looking to attract a motivated and capable SAP ERP software support and deployment expert with mastery of the FI-CO / PP-PM-QM module, to accompany us in the transformation of the automotive industry. Description of duties:

Identifying the needs of the organization and communicating with the consulting team
Implementation of ERP based on the needs of the organization
Supporting and fixing the problems of the processes (quickly responding to users' problems, fixing system errors, optimizing processes and cooperating with the relevant units
Training users (training to work with the system, preparation of video and user guide and compilation of educational scenarios)
Mastery of one of the FI-CO PP-PM-QM modules
Technical skills:
Familiarity with SAP ERP concepts
Mastery of Office software
