We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who is passionate and excited about what they do. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset in addition to a solid understanding of digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement Digital Ads using Ad Networks.
● Manage multiple digital channels including organic and paid traffic.
● Create landing pages in collaboration with other teams.
● Set up GA for the website and monitor website traffic and events optimizing organic search (SEO).
● Create digital marketing dashboards based on requirements.
● Run and optimize CRM channels.
● Optimize conversion rates across all marketing funnels.
● Collaborate with agencies and other partners.
● Ownership across the marketing budget and KPI setting to ensure the business's success.
● Track digital marketing performance.
● Create and update digital marketing reports. 

● At least 2 years of experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar roles.
● Highly skilled in Google Analytics and Google Ads. 
● Strong analytical skills to drive increased customer understanding and continuous growth in ROI through segmentation and acquisition channels.
● In-depth understanding of marketing platforms and best practices in SEO, SEM, paid traffic, and Display Ads.
● Skilled in SEO tools and techniques.
● Experience with domestic Ad Networks (Yektanet, Sabavision, etc.).
● Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
● Knowledge of landing page building.
● Experience with digital marketing automation software.
● Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
● Ability to work well in a team environment.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
