Job Description: Senior SEO Specialist

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits for Its Here, Deskify, and ZNOOX websites.
• Ensure optimal website structure, crawlability, indexability, and site architecture.
• Optimize site speed, mobile performance, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Identify and resolve technical issues (e.g., redirects, canonical tags, sitemaps, robots.txt).
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical improvements and SEO best practices.

• Perform keyword research and mapping for all projects.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structure.
• Ensure content is aligned with SEO strategy while supporting UX and conversion goals.
• Provide SEO guidelines for new content and product launches.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly landing pages.

• Plan, create, and optimize high-quality SEO content including blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and web copy.
• Develop content strategies based on keyword research, user intent, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure content meets brand tone, readability, and SEO performance goals.
• Regularly update and refresh existing content to maintain search visibility and relevance.
• Implement content gap analysis to identify new opportunities for organic growth.

• Develop and execute ethical link-building campaigns for authority growth.
• Manage outreach strategies, guest posting, and partnerships.
• Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks.
• Build brand visibility through digital PR, influencer outreach, and community engagement.

• Set up and monitor KPIs across Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for each project.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and backlink profile growth.
• Recommend strategies based on competitor analysis and industry benchmarks.

• Create and maintain SEO roadmaps tailored to DelGate, ItsHere, Deskify, and ZNOOX.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
• Align SEO strategies with overall digital marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of SEO experience, with proven results in Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or multi-brand SEO projects is highly desirable.
