Nobitex is looking for a Senior B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with high-value clients and organizations, helping them adopt Nobitex solutions, and ensuring a strong, trust-based client experience.
This is not a classic sales-only role. Success in this position comes from strong relationship-building, strategic follow-up, and converting trust into real business outcomes. This role plays a key part in expanding Nobitex’s institutional partnerships and long-term revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high-value clients
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions based on business context
- Drive client onboarding and adoption through structured follow-ups and consultative sessions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, and Leadership) to support key client requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and pipeline progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, client development, key account management, or relationship-driven roles
- Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
- Strong ownership mindset with disciplined and structured follow-up
- Strong experience working with CRM tools and maintaining clear documentation
