We are eager to have you on our team to lead Front-End engineering with clarity, craftsmanship, and impact—helping us navigate complex business challenges through strong technical leadership and empowered teams.We are waiting for you to continue this story.Responsibilities:Own the technical and people leadership of one or more Front-End teams; grow engineers through coaching, feedback, and clear career paths.Translate product and business strategy into clear technical direction, delivery plans, and execution priorities.Drive end-to-end delivery of complex Front-End initiatives by balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability.Establish and evolve Front-End architecture, standards, and best practices; ensure consistency across teams and products.Raise engineering excellence through code quality culture, design reviews, pragmatic refactoring strategies, and technical debt management.Partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps leaders to ensure strong cross-functional execution.Build a culture of ownership and accountability around production systems, performance, reliability, and user experience.Champion automation and quality at scale: testing strategies, CI-first workflows, release confidence, and operational readiness.Oversee performance, observability, and user experience metrics; ensure insights are translated into engineering action.Guide teams on state management, data flow, and platform decisions, balancing innovation with stability.Improve developer experience across teams: tooling, workflows, documentation, onboarding, and build performance.Ensure accessibility, SEO, and cross-platform quality are treated as non-negotiable engineering fundamentals.Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate delivery, learning, and decision-making across the team.Contribute to hiring, team design, and long-term Front-End capability building at Snappfood.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Front-End engineering, with hands-on experience at scale.3+ years of experience in engineering leadership or tech-lead/managerial roles.Proven ability to lead technical decision-making around state management, performance, architecture, and platform evolution.Solid understanding of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and production monitoring strategies.Experience building and leading teams with strong delivery discipline, testing culture, and CI/CD practices.Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership—knowing when to dive deep and when to delegate.Strong communication skills; able to align engineers, product partners, and leadership around shared goals.Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.Benefits:Vouchers for vacation, Gym, Therapy SessionsComplementary InsuranceEducational platform of advanced coursesSnappfood’s Discount codesLoans
