Mission:

·       To ensure optimal network performance and minimize radio interference by analyzing technical issues, providing solutions, and collaborating with regulatory bodies (CRA) and Mobile Virtual Operators (MVOs).

·       To support the Radio department and Technical regulatory teams in L&R in terms of following external interference, resolving CRA issues mainly, and Radiation Cases with AOEI.

·       To check the assessments of MVO teams from Radio support including DT, Customer complaints, CM, and Automation. 

·       To support Customer Complaints (including 195/Normal/EBS/VIP/Virasty) 


Roles & Responsibilities:

·       To liaise with technical regulatory teams to analyze CRA and other organizations queries in terms of radio interference and other network difficulties and provide appropriate solutions for reducing CRA and business conflicts.    

·       To provide engineering advice on team operations to reduce the negative impact of radio interference among operators.

·       To follow spectrum issues, provide solutions to have better spectrum usage, and check the spectrum violations by other competitors, track them, and follow up with CRA and management.

·       To synchronize different MVOs databases and prepare a master database to report technical regulations for CRA cases, also to keep all databases updated including but not limited to IOS and 195 systems.  

·       To collect and track Drive Test (DT) log files and provide DT reports to the technical regulatory team to send to CRA 

·       To support in RAN and OSS upgrade process and engage with related teams in technical issues with vendors to ensure MVOs are synced with the BSS team.

·       To prepare Radio Reports and presentations to answer CRA queries through the technical regulatory team.

·       To follow international spillover issues with CRA to manage better quality around the Iran border. and prepare required technical data and support for meetings with CRA/neighbor countries, AOEI, Municipality, and other organizations, per the manager’s request. 

·       To support radio teams for Faradid modems to have a unique reference file to optimize Faradid centers and be as representative from MTN to all CRA regions in case. 

·        To manage the MVO sites’ Audit tasks including trend management, preparing the yearly plan, following the permissions, and verifying the conformation part.

·       To check the used tools in the projects for testing, register them in IOS, support audits, and ensure field actions are based on standard tools and all calibrations are done completely and registered in IOS.

·       To oversee MVOs to ensure NPO TTs are in good trend based on MVO scope of work.

·       To control and track the spectrum violations related to MTNIrancell’s competitors, preparing the related data to L&R and follow with related teams to solve the issue.

·       To support and follow any field actions about VIP and ad-hoc issues.

·       To conduct postprocessing, evaluate log files, and prepare various requested scenarios and reports. 

·       To prepare and modify various WLAs (work level agreements) and procedures in the radio team. 

·       To raise issues in all MTNIrancell commitments from KPI and coverage aspects and follow up with internal and MVO teams. 

·       To follow up on required permissions with the different teams for all MVO field teams.  

·       To follow the external interferences with CRA and MVOs to reduce the number of open cases, keep all databases updated.

·       To ensure all letters are replied to promptly and a proper database is maintained and updated for tracking purposes.

·       To coordinate planning tasks under the radio support team such as SID /ERFCN/AFP/ACP/PSC and PCI. 

·       To coordinate and control all actions done by the Change Management team such as NPO TTs / CRs/CM tracker /CR procedures and facilitate the cooperation between departments and divisions in this regard.

·       To track customer complaint tickets to ensure the subcontractors follow the procedures based on SOW. 

·       To follow up with EB and CR to ensure bad User Equipment cases are resolved.

·       To prepare all required field action yearly plans, such as Drive Test plan/AFP/Site audit with the support of regional managers.


Job Requirements:
 
Education:
·       BSc. in (Telecommunication engineering / Information Technology) or related discipline
 

Experience:
·       At least 3 years Radio Planning and Optimization experience or Network Performance monitoring or Specialist knowledge in Mobile telecommunications field

·       Experience working in a medium organization
