We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with expertise in Tableau and technical understanding of data modeling and pipeline design.

 You will work closely with our engineering and business teams to design scalable data models, clean and prepare raw datasets, and deliver actionable dashboards that drive key business decisions.

Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) connecting sources 

Build and maintain logical data models (fact/dimension schemas, transformations, relationships).

Perform data cleaning, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Write optimized SQL queries for data aggregation, transformation, and performance analysis.

Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Tableau for business and executive teams.

Collaborate with engineers and marketing teams to define KPIs and track business metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion, ROI, campaign performance).

Document data structures, pipelines, and visualization logic.

Continuously improve data quality, performance, and usability across our BI stack.

Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / ClickHouse preferred).

Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep Builder.

Understanding of data modeling principles.

Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airbyte.

Solid grasp of data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation techniques.

Familiarity with Metabase or other BI tools.

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Clear documentation and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
