Responsibilities:

• Developing creative and engaging content, and monitoring and updating created content for priority social media platforms – Instagram, and Telegram.
• Contribute to the content strategy planning and optimization for commercial projects.
• Evaluating performance against KPIs and developing new benchmarks to measure success.
• Able to design in-depth, sharp, and impressive marketing campaigns.
• High-quality, insights-driven, targeted, engaging and creative textual content creation for all channels. Responsive for any textual content request.
• Auditing existing content for accuracy and relevancy, as well as archive it if necessary .
• Developing a Content Calendar and keeping it up-to-date consistently.
• Content guidelines definition through A/B test and research, and updated regularly.
• Familiar with company guidelines and strategies, aim to unitize all publishing contents.
• Holding frequent meetings with related teams means to observe and handle demands.
• Keep in touch with relevant teams according to content production and leverage data and insights from partner teams to inform content development.
• Track content efficiency based on defined metrics and report orderly.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, MBA, industrial engineering,  Journalism, or other related fields.
• At least 1 years of proven experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related role.
• Candidates with experience in similar companies are preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of social media
• Demonstrated professional ability in writing, proofreading, and editing
• Advanced in Word and PowerPoint skills
• Good at Excel and G-sheets
• Enough English working knowledge
