Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior AI Developer to drive the architecture, engineering, and deployment of advanced AI capabilities within a mission-critical production platform. This role will own the end-to-end design and implementation of AI-powered components using OpenAI, tightly integrated into a scalable backend built with Golang and Node.js, with seamless front-end delivery through React.js.
This is a strategic, hands-on engineering role focused on building real-world, revenue-impacting AI solutions—not experimental prototypes.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect, engineer, and develop AI-driven systems using OpenAI APIs and custom AI workflows.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Golang and Node.js.
- Build and integrate AI-powered user interfaces using React.js
- Translate business requirements into production-grade AI solutions.
- Optimize AI pipelines for performance, cost, accuracy, and reliability.
- Design secure API architectures and data flows for AI services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
- Lead technical decision-making for AI architecture and system design.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and scalability standards.
- Continuously improve AI performance through iteration, monitoring, and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Senior-level proficiency in Golang (Go) and Node.js.
- Strong working experience with React.js.
- Proven hands-on expertise with OpenAI or large-language-model APIs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI systems in production.
- Advanced understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong system design, debugging, and performance-tuning capabilities.
- Experience working in agile, fast-moving product environments.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to data engineering and MLOps workflows.
- Background in SaaS, logistics, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
