POSITION SUMMARY
Execute key commercial plans within the assigned category and country. Take ownership of delivering actions across channels, customers, and touchpoints, while developing a strong understanding of how strategy translates into execution. Contribute to business growth by ensuring excellent implementation of commercial, category, and shopper plans.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Category Strategy Execution
Execute the Omni-Channel Category Strategy by delivering plans that support Nestlé, customer, and category growth.
Take responsibility for day-to-day activities that build Nestlé as the preferred partner with priority customers.
Apply customer understanding to improve the relevance and impact of category execution.

• Channel 360 Execution
Own the execution of channel-specific plans within the country for your category.
Ensure execution reflects category needs across all relevant touchpoints at the Point of Purchase.
Adapt activation plans based on channel dynamics where relevant, while ensuring alignment with the cluster direction.

• Shopper Execution
Deliver elements of the shopper research agenda by helping bring insights to life in execution.
Use shopper data and insights to ensure commercial plans reflect real shopper needs and behaviors.
Partner with internal teams and customer contacts to embed shopper understanding into activations.

• Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Execution
Implement key SRM actions such as promo mechanics, pack-price architecture, and mix management as defined by the strategy team.
Ensure SRM elements are included in execution during key periods (e.g., ICP planning windows).
Collaborate with teams to use insights in delivering revenue growth through everyday actions.

• Commercial Process Execution
Timely Alignment and accurate input into the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) system for assigned categories and countries.
Ensure all data and plans are aligned with category, brand, channel, shopper, and customer growth priorities.
Make sure customer activation plans are in line with cluster and channel strategies.


What will make you successful?
• University Graduate.
• 1-2 years of similar experience or in Marketing is preferred.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
• The ideal candidate should be results focused, insightful, service oriented, and proactive.
