ما به دنبال یک Backend Developer قابل‌اعتماد هستیم؛ کسی که Design را دقیق پیاده‌سازی می‌کند.
تمرکز ما روی سیستم‌های دیتا‌محور و قابل نگهداری است، نه کد صرفاً «کارکن».

مسئولیت‌ها:
پیاده‌سازی Backend با Java
پایبندی کامل به Design، Data Model و Contractها
شفاف‌سازی Technical Debt
مشارکت فعال در Review و Checkpointهای فنی
گزارش زودهنگام ریسک‌ها و اشکالات طراحی

مهارت‌ها و الزامات:
حداقل 3 سال تجربه توسعه Backend با Java
تجربه کار با Spring Boot
تسلط بر REST API و مفاهیم Event-based
آشنایی عمیق با دیتابیس‌های Relational
درک مفاهیم Transaction، Consistency و Idempotency
توانایی توضیح تصمیم فنی به زبان ساده
 

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Backend Developer; Someone who implements the design accurately.
Our focus is on data-driven, maintainable systems, not just "working" code.

Responsibilities:
Backend implementation with Java
Full adherence to Design, Data Model and Contracts
Clarification of Technical Debt
Active participation in Review and Technical Checkpoints
Early reporting of risks and design flaws

Skills and Requirements:
At least 3 years of backend development experience with Java
Experience working with Spring Boot
Mastery of REST API and Event-based concepts
Deep familiarity with relational databases
Understanding the concepts of Transaction, Consistency and Idempotency
Ability to explain technical decision in simple language
