We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and help us deliver reliable, high-quality WordPress plugins and websites.
In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to test new features, identify issues before our users do, and ensure every release is smooth, stable, and trustworthy.
What You'll Do
- Test our WordPress plugins and websites across browsers, devices, and environments
- Design, write, and execute test cases (manual and automated)
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or similar to improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly, then track them through resolution
- Verify fixes and prevent regressions in future releases
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to raise overall release quality
- Create and maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, processes, and product usage guides
- Proactively suggest improvements to testing strategy, workflows, tooling, and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level experience in QA/testing for web applications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a user-first perspective
- Experience creating and maintaining structured test plans and QA documentation
- Comfortable working with manual and automated testing approaches
- Familiarity with WordPress is a big plus
- Working knowledge of PHP and databases is a plus
- Product mindset or product management experience is a plus
- Experience or strong interest in using AI agents and developer tools to improve QA workflows
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote, async environment
