We are looking for an experienced Full-time Senior UI Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of our digital products and ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to design seamless, engaging, and user-centric interfaces across multiple platforms.
Location: Hybrid position in the Tehran office.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve the consistency and coherence of user interfaces across all products and platforms by conducting regular design audits and reducing inconsistencies.
- Actively contribute to building and maintaining internal design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Increase the efficiency of design handoffs between design and development teams by implementing robust processes for animations, interactions, and micro-interactions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI and motion specifications.
- Design and implement seamless interactions and micro-interactions that guide, inform, and delight users.
- Continuously update interaction design resources to reflect emerging design trends.
- Advocate for high standards of excellence in UI and motion design across the organization.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with stakeholders and incorporate insights into refining designs.
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, scrum masters, and other team members to find creative and technically feasible solutions.
- Maintain complete mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Framer, Axure, Penpot, and ProtoPie, and stay up-to-date with new tools and trends.
- Create visually appealing, functional, and inclusive designs that consider usability and accessibility standards.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI Designer with a strong focus on interaction and micro-interaction design.
- Deep experience designing for iOS, Android, and the Web.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking frameworks, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify design inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Creativity to innovate and explore new design solutions, driving continuous evolution.
- Well-rounded portfolio demonstrating client work, visual design excellence, and an eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
