مدیر بازاریابی و فروش مسئولیت طراحی و اجرای استراتژیهای فروش و توسعه بازار برای صادرات محصولات نفتی و هیدروکربن را بر عهده دارد. این نقش شامل شناسایی بازارهای هدف، مدیریت قراردادهای فروش، مذاکره با خریداران خارجی، قیمتگذاری، مارک تجاری و تجزیهوتحلیل بازار است.

Career Position Description:
The marketing and sales manager is responsible for the design and implementation of market sales and development strategies for the export of petroleum and hydrocarbon products. This role includes identifying target markets, managing sales contracts, negotiating with foreign buyers, pricing, branding and market analysis.

The main tasks:
• Developing and implementing international sales and marketing strategies
• Identify target markets, competitors analysis, and export development opportunities
• Negotiate with international customers and managing the sales process from query to settlement
• Adjustment and management of business contracts, coordination with the legal and export unit
• Participate in international exhibitions and events to introduce the company brand
• Cooperate with the production unit for coordination of supply and timing capacity
• Design of advertising campaigns, brochures, and product introduction content
• Continuous reporting of sales status, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Price offer based on market analysis, exchange rate, and supply and demand conditions

Required Conditions:
• Undergraduate or master's degree in one of the fields of business management, MBA, petroleum engineering, chemistry or economics
• At least 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the oil, gas or petrochemical industries
• Full fluency in English (verbal and written) for international correspondence and negotiations
• Ability to write sales contracts and mastered the principles of transportation, incoters and export documentation
• Introduction to regional and global oil markets (Persian Gulf, Africa, Asia, etc.)
• Teamworking ability, strong public relations and high skill in persuading and negotiating
• Introduction to CRM software, office and market analysis tools
