In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, preparing and updating training materials, gathering feedback from mentors, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The ultimate goal of this position is to enhance driver skills and readiness, ensuring accurate task execution and improving overall operational performance within the organization.Responsibilities:Conduct onboarding training sessions for newly hired drivers on company policies, procedures, and workflowsDeliver refresher training programs for drivers with performance challengesCollect reports and feedback from branch mentors and use them to improve training qualityPrepare and update training materials such as slides, videos, and checklists according to company standardsCommunicate new processes, regulations, and updated instructions to driversSubmit reports on the number of sessions held, drivers trained, and issues identifiedIdentify challenges faced by newly hired drivers through mentors and recommend improvements to training programsReview training outcomes and provide performance analysis of new driversRequired Qualifications:Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skillsAbility to manage and lead training sessions effectivelyIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
