Financial Analyst (Data & BI) FP&A Department

To ensure the integrity, accessibility, and clarity of financial and operational data, provide a single source of truth for the entire FP&A department through robust data management and intuitive Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards

Job Description:

• Data Management: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems (ERP, CRM, Policy Admin Systems) into a centralized FP&A database
• Data Quality & Cleansing: Perform regular data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency for all reporting and modeling
• BI & Dashboard Development: Build, maintain, and automate key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards in Power BI for use by the Planning & Reporting team and business partners
• Data Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries from the Planning & Reporting team, providing them with clean, validated datasets for their budgeting and reporting cycles

Requirements:

• +2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or Tableau)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL principles
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data integrity
