We are seeking a talented and experienced Last Mile Supervisor to work in our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Supervise all shift rotations including Material Handlers and Administrators in the specified Logistics AreaPlanned and organized dock schedules to accommodate last-mile freight and/or KANBAN movesBuilding security by monitoring all incoming and outgoing non-Brose employees on-siteMonitor and control performance indicators, cost, process, quality, delivery, housekeeping, absence, etc., according to company requirementsRespond to and find solutions to logistic issues, and liaise with other internal departments as necessaryEnsure no disruption to customer deliveriesSupport and participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize processesSupport Human Resource policies/ maintain daily Time and Attendance systemEnsure that company information is communicated effectively to the teamEnsure compliance with the policies and procedures of the company including Health and Safety, Environmental, and be Proactive in the development of a safe working environmentDeputy for other supervisors and their Logistic areas as requiredBuild effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, and maintain moraleMaintain daily accounts for Time and attendance systemsKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiencyControlling and supervising the maintenance of subordinate employeesControlling and preparing the requirements of logistics centersSkills:Communication skillsProblem-solvingDecision makingConsequentialismConflict management
