ما در کلینیک روانشناسی اینسایت به دنبال یک حسابدار ارشد با تجربه و دقت بالا هستیم که بتواند ضمن مدیریت فرآیندهای مالی، نقش راهبردی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریتی ایفا کند. فرد منتخب در این جایگاه علاوه‌بر انجام امور حسابداری روزمره، مسئول سازمان‌دهی گزارش‌های مالی، نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای حسابداری و بهینه‌سازی جریان‌های مالی کلینیک خواهد بود.

مسئولیت‌ها:

مدیریت و نظارت بر ثبت، کنترل و بستن اسناد حسابداری در نرم‌افزار سپیدار

تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه و ارائه به مدیر کلینیک

همکاری نزدیک با واحد منابع انسانی برای کنترل پرداخت حقوق، مزایا و کارکرد پرسنل

کنترل پرداخت‌ها و دریافت‌ها و اطمینان از صحت تسویه‌حساب‌های داخلی و بین‌بخشی

طراحی و اجرای رویه‌های مالی به‌منظور افزایش شفافیت و دقت در گزارش‌دهی

نظارت بر امور مربوط به خزانه‌داری، تنخواه و کنترل حساب‌ها

همکاری در تهیه مستندات مالی جلسات مدیریتی

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز:

تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزار سپیدار و اکسل پیشرفته

توانایی تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مدیریتی و تحلیلی

دقت بالا، نظم شخصی و مهارت در مدیریت زمان

آشنایی با فرآیندهای منابع انسانی (حقوق و دستمزد، کارکرد، قراردادها)

مهارت ارتباطی و همکاری بین‌بخشی قوی (ویژه کار در محیط کلینیکی چندتیمی)

تفکر تحلیلی و توان تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط چندوظیفه‌ای

صداقت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و حفظ محرمانگی اطلاعات

شرایط احراز:

حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط

حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط (ترجیحاً در شرکت‌های خدماتی یا درمانی)

سابقه کار با سیستم سپیدار الزامی است

Job Description

At Insight Psychology Clinic, we are looking for a senior accountant with high experience and accuracy who can play a strategic role in management decisions while managing financial processes. In addition to performing daily accounting tasks, the selected person in this position will be responsible for organizing financial reports, monitoring the implementation of accounting standards and optimizing the clinic's financial flows.

Responsibilities:

Managing and supervising the registration, control and closing of accounting documents in Sepidar software

Preparing monthly financial reports and presenting them to the clinic manager

Working closely with the human resources unit to control the payment of salaries, benefits and personnel performance

Payment control and receipts and ensuring the correctness of internal and interdepartmental settlement

Designing and implementing financial procedures in order to increase transparency and accuracy in reporting

Supervising matters related to treasury, salary and account control

Cooperation in preparing financial documents for management meetings

Skills and competencies required:

Complete mastery of Sepidar software and advanced Excel

Ability to prepare and analyze reports managerial and analytical skills

high precision, personal discipline and skill in time management

familiarity with human resources processes (salaries and wages, functions, contracts)

strong interdepartmental communication and cooperation skills (especially working in a multi-team clinical environment)

analytical thinking and decision-making ability in multitasking situations

honesty, responsibility and maintaining the confidentiality of information

conditions Eligibility:

At least a bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management or related fields

At least 5 years of related work experience (preferably in service or treatment companies)

Work experience with Sepidar system is required
