• مسلط به مذاکرات تجاری ـ سورس‌یابی.
• دانش عمومی در زمینه لجستیک.
• دانش به‌روز در خصوص شیوه‌ها و قوانین حمل‌ونقل.
• آشنا با اصول مذاکره، عقد قرارداد و اخذ پروفرم.
• تسلط کامل به اینکوترمز، امور ارزی بانک‌ها (حواله، برات، اعتبار اسنادی و فاینانس)، امور گمرکی، بیمه و حمل‌ونقل، قوانین صادرات و واردات و ترخیص کالا.
• توانایی انجام امور صادرات و واردات در سامانه EPL و دوراظهاری صادرات و اخذ بیجک.
• داشتن اطلاعات در مورد رفع تعهد ارزی صادرات با نحوه ی بررسی قیمت‌ها و نوسانات ارزی.
• آشنایی با فنون مذاکره و توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• روحیه کار تیمی و پیگیری اهداف تا حصول نتیجه.
• توانایی مدیریت اضطراب و بحران.
• توانایی اولویت‌بندی کارهای محوله.
• روابط عمومی بالا.
• تسلط کامل به مکالمه و محاوره ی زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با اصول ارتباط با همکاران و مشتریان.

• پیدا نمودن تامین‌کنندگان جدید خارجی برای شرکت (حداقل پنج مورد در هر زمینه کالایی).
• تأمین مواد اولیه مورد نیاز خط تولید کارخانه.
• پیش‌بینی مواد مورد نیاز بر اساس سیکل مصرف و ارائه سلوشن‌های جایگزین در مواقع ضروری.
• پیگیری کلیه امور واردات از جمله ثبت سفارش، تخصیص و خرید ارز و روند تشکیل پرونده ارزی.
• آماده‌سازی مدارک ترخیص کنترل و ارزیابی مراحل ترخیص و رفع تعهدات ارزی.
• شرکت در جلسات پیگیری قرارداد خرید و سایر قراردادهای محوله.
• تنظیم قرارداد خرید.
• کمک به توسعه و انتقال مهارت‌ها و آموزش‌های احراز شده به سایر پرسنل مرتبط.

Complete mastery of Incoterms, foreign exchange affairs of banks (transfers, bills of exchange, letters of credit and finance), customs affairs, insurance and transportation, export and import laws and clearance of goods.
The ability to carry out export and import affairs in the EPL system and the export declaration and obtaining Bijek.
Having information about clearing the export foreign exchange obligation by checking prices and currency fluctuations.
Familiarity with negotiation techniques and the ability to communicate effectively.

Finding new foreign suppliers for the company (at least five in each product area).
Supplying the raw materials needed for the factory production line.
Forecasting the required materials based on the consumption cycle and providing alternative solutions when necessary.
Follow-up of all import matters, including order registration, allocation and purchase of foreign currency and the process of filing foreign currency files.
Preparation of clearance documents, control and assessment of clearance procedures and settlement of foreign exchange obligations.
Participating in follow-up meetings of the purchase contract and other assigned contracts.
Setting up the purchase contract.
Assist in the development and transfer of acquired skills and training to other related personnel.
