We're on the lookout for a Senior React Native Developer who is passionate about building high-performance mobile applications and leading others to grow.
What You’ll Do:
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development of robust and scalable React Native applications.
- Mentor and support junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high code quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
- 6+ years of experience in overall frontend development (React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS).
- Strong understanding of mobile performance, optimization, and best practices.
- Proficient in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and handling real-time data.
- Experience using CI/CD pipelines and tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of unit testing & integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
- Exposure to version control (Git) and agile development workflows.
- Experience with team leadership or mentoring junior teammates.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative environments.
