شرح شغل:

• مدیریت فرآیندهای پس از فروش و اطمینان از ارائه خدمات برتر به مشتریان.
• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های بهبود خدمات پس از فروش.
• مدیریت و راهبری تیم خدمات مشتریان برای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده.
• بررسی و تحلیل بازخورد مشتریان و توسعه برنامه‌های بهبود مستمر.
• حفظ روابط قوی با مشتریان و تأمین‌کنندگان.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های داخلی برای رفع مشکلات مشتریان و بهبود فرآیندها.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط با خدمات پس از فروش و تامین قطعات در حوزه دیجیتال.
• مهارت در مدیریت تیم و توانایی حل مسئله.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و مهارت های بین فردی قوی.

Coordination with internal teams to fix customer problems and improve processes.
