Aron Market is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality support in both support and finance teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of customer support principles and sufficient knowledge of accounting, with the ability to accurately record transactions, track and analyze financial data, and provide accurate and timely reports.
Responsibilities:
Aron Market is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality support in both support and finance teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of customer support principles and sufficient knowledge of accounting, with the ability to accurately record transactions, track and analyze financial data, and provide accurate and timely reports.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage customer transactions.
- Provide technical support and monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service.
- Address customer financial inquiries and maintain and update financial records in the CRM system.
- Analyze financial data and provide accurate related reports.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
- Proficiency in English (at least 70%).
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Better to have:
- Sufficient knowledge of finance and accounting.
