As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting and executing creative visual concepts that reflect Tapsi’s brand identity across various media, including digital, social, print, and outdoor platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to transform ideas into impactful designs, mentor junior designers, and ensure the highest quality standards in all visual outputs.Design, execute and produce marketing communication artworks on various medias such as social media, Print, Digital and outdoor.The power of ideation and flawless execution of ideas and Interpret marketing brief to creative brief.Create meaningful, high-quality outputs.Collaborate with creative team and participate in creative sessions if needed.Work Closely and responsibly with other teams and departments.Mentor junior graphic designers in the team.Design internal and external proposals.Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and etc.Excellent skills in photo manipulation and photo edit.Excellent capability in utilizing AI Platforms to generate images and photos.Developing skills in 3D design and photography.Highly experienced in Outdoor Advertising design.Highly experienced in Print medias.Technical knowledge and experienced in Print Supervising.Work flexibly under the Creative Director and Art Director’s supervision.Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.Fully responsible for assigned tasks and projects.Strong attention to detail.Experienced in BTL line of work.Experienced in ATL line of work is a advantage.Startup experience is a plus.
