سرپرست دستگاه نظارت کارگاه ساختمانی | supervisor of the supervision department (construction workshop)

شرکت آوگون پایدار ایرانیان از مهندسان با سابقه حداقل 15 سال و با شرایط زیر جهت همکاری در پروژه پردیس فاز 4 دعوت به همکاری می نماید:(اولویت با افرادی است که در شرق و پردیس سکونت دارند)
1-دارای تجربه کافی در نظارت ابنیه ساختمانی فلزی و بتنی
2-تجربه نظارت زیربنای بالای ده هزار متر مربع
3-مسلط به ITP
4-مسلط به مباحث و مقررات ملی ساختمانی و قراردادی (شرایط عمومی پیمان و بخشنامه های سازمان برنامه بودجه و فهارس بها)
5-آشنایی کافی با ICDL، CAD، REVIT
6- با انگیزه جهت کار تیمی
7-- توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
8- مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.

Avgon Paydar Iranian company invites engineers with experience of at least 15 years and with the following conditions to cooperate in the phase 4 campus project: (Priority is for people who live in the east and campus)
1-Having sufficient experience in monitoring metal and concrete constructions
2-Experience in monitoring infrastructure over ten thousand square meters
3-Proficient in ITP
4-Proficient in national construction and contract regulations (General conditions of the contract and directives of the budget program and price index organization)
5- Sufficient familiarity with ICDL, CAD, REVIT
6- Motivated for team work
7- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
8- Strong communication skills.
