Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead Driver’s Loyalty Club including getting driver incentives, service design and operation.
- Analysis of the loyalty program performance.
- Negotiating and signing contracts with external vendors and partners.
- Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes.
- Coordination of external contractors and service suppliers.
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations.
- Cooperation with Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements.
- Expand the lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least B.S degree - Relevant majors like Marketing, Management, MBA.
- +4 years of relevant experience (Business Development, Marketing, Trade, Sales).
- Experience in campaign and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skill.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skill.
- Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation).
- Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment.
- Hands on execution.
- Strong analytical skills
