About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You will be responsible for translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful, user-centered solutions. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can independently deliver creative design solutions while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in improving usability, ensuring design consistency, and elevating the overall product experience across our digital platforms.

You will play a key role in improving usability, ensuring design consistency, and elevating the overall product experience across our digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and develop user experience concepts by analyzing user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including layouts, components, and interaction patterns.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to enhance overall user experience.
- Translate design briefs into user-centered solutions grounded in research and requirements.
- Present ideas and design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
- Maintain design consistency through scalable design systems and UI guidelines.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, workflow efficiency, and prototyping.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and scalable design systems.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Understanding of responsive design, web standards, and mobile design guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with developers and understanding front-end constraints.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows and productivity enhancement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
