About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, professional, and highly organized Personal Assistant to directly support our CEO and Chairman. This role demands exceptional communication, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced international business environment.

The CEO manages a high volume of daily communications with 50+ global contacts and 30+ employees, ranging from senior executives to junior staff across diverse cultures and industries. The ideal candidate will serve as the CEO’s right hand in managing correspondence, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s complex calendar, including meetings, appointments, and international travel.
  • Handle high-volume email communications on behalf of the CEO, drafting smart, professional, and precise responses.
  • Professional working with AI (ChatGPT)
  • Prepare, review, and edit business correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as the CEO’s representative in communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth follow-up and timely execution of executive tasks and priorities.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide personal and administrative support as required.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • English proficiency: FLUENT - Upper-intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills: Able to confidently engage with people of all ages (20–60), cultures, genders, and professional levels.
  • Smart and precise email communication skills — must be sharp, professional, and to the point.
  • Excellent organizational skills: Calendar scheduling, prioritization, and deadline management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives is preferred.
