Position Overview:
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Expert to join our Sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic business-to-business partnerships. You’ll identify, nurture, and close deals with enterprise clients, focusing on our data-driven AI solutions that empower businesses with high-quality datasets and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research, networking, and inbound leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customized proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring mutual value.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress and forecasting accurately.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and stay ahead in the data/AI space.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and sales tactics.
- Contribute to team goals through knowledge sharing, best practices, and a collaborative culture.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in data platforms, AI solutions, or tech marketplaces.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including persuasive negotiation and relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and market research tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to decision-making.
- Genuine passion for the company's mission and its hybrid technology and operational nature.
- Experience with data visualization tools or AI concepts is a plus.
