Job Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and helping drive traffic and sales through channels such as Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIN, Google Ads, SEO, influencer partnerships and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic monthly content calendars for all platforms
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to our products and audience
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Telegram, and other social media platforms
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) and report insights
- Collaborate with the Graphic & Support team.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and competitors
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
- Optimize product listings, ads, and pages for visibility and engagement
Requirements:
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business, Excel, or UTM tracking
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and online ad platforms
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English & Farsi
- Experience in managing content calendars and running small to medium-scale campaigns
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid advertising and influencer marketing
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
