Job Description
- Monitor IT Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process based on priority
- Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections etc.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, hardware, spare parts and software licenses
- Ensure each workstation has required computing devices, software and services
- Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Documentation of standard operating procedures for informatics systems and processes
