شرح شغل
طراحی و توسعه داشبوردهای تعاملی و گزارش‌های تحلیلی با استفاده از ابزارهای هوش تجاری (گزارش‌های نظارتی و هشدارهای خودکار جهت شناسایی تخلفات داده‌محور)
شناسایی و ارزیابی فرآیندهای سیستمی و عملیاتی برای تعیین نقاط ضعف و فرصت‌های بهبود
استفاده از الگوریتم‌های پیش‌بینی برای شناسایی روندها و فرصت‌های بهبود فروش و عملکرد
همکاری با تیم‌های اجرایی برای تعریف و اجرای پروژه‌های بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها و کاهش هزینه‌ها
پایش و ارزیابی تاثیر اقدامات بهبود بر عملکرد فروشگاه‌ها و ارائه پیشنهادات مستمر از طریق ارائه گزارش‌ها و تحلیل‌های مبتنی بر داده



شرایط احراز
تسلط بر ابزارهای تحلیل داده و هوش تجاری (Power BI)
تسلط به SQL برای استخراج و تحلیل داده‌های ذخیره‌شده در پایگاه‌های داده
تجربه عملی در کار با زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی تحلیل داده (Python یا R)
آشنایی با روش‌های آماری و الگوریتم‌های پیش‌بینی
دانش در تحلیل داده، علم داده، و الگوریتم‌های یادگیری ماشین
تسلط به طراحی و پایش معیارهای عملکردی در فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای
آشنایی در زمینه عملیات فروشگاهی، زنجیره تامین و مدیریت موجودی

Job description
Design and development of interactive dashboards and analytical reports using business intelligence tools (monitoring reports and automatic alerts to identify data-driven violations)
Identification and evaluation of system and operational processes to determine weaknesses and improvement opportunities
Using predictive algorithms to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and Performance
Collaboration with executive teams to define and implement projects to optimize processes and reduce costs
Monitor and evaluate the impact of improvement measures on store performance and provide continuous suggestions through the provision of reports and data-based analysis



Qualification requirements
Mastery of data analysis tools and business intelligence (Power BI)
Mastery of SQL to extract and analyze data stored in databases
Practical experience in working with analysis programming languages Data (Python or R)
familiarity with statistical methods and predictive algorithms
knowledge in data analysis, data science, and machine learning algorithms
mastery in designing and monitoring performance criteria in chain stores
familiarity with store operations, supply chain and inventory management
