مدیر محصول (مانی‌تک) | Product Manager (MoneyTech)

شرح شغل:

• جمع‌آوری، تحلیل و اولویت‌بندی نیازهای مشتریان، ذی‌نفعان و بازار.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم توسعه برای برنامه‌ریزی اسپرینت‌ها و پاسخ به سوالات فنی/عملیاتی.
• ارزیابی پیشرفت محصول و ارائه بازخورد مستمر.
• شرکت در جلسات اسکرام مانند Daily Scrum ،Sprint Planning ،Sprint Review و Retrospective.
• تست و تایید ویژگی‌های جدید پیش از انتشار.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های بازاریابی، فروش، پشتیبانی و سایر بخش‌ها برای اطمینان از موفقیت محصول.

مهارت‌ها و تجربه‌های مورد نیاز:

تسلط به:

• تحلیل نیازهای بازار و مشتری.
• مدیریت پروژه‌های چابک (Agile/Scrum).
• نگارش و اولویت‌بندی داستان‌های کاربری (User Stories).
• تفکر استراتژیک و دید تجاری قوی.

Job Description:
Collect, analyze and prioritize customer needs, stakeholders and markets.
Cooperation with the Development Team for Sprint Planning and answering technical/operational questions.
Assessing product progress and providing continuous feedback.
Participate in score sessions such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and RetroSparable.
Testing and verifying new features before publishing.
Coordination with marketing, sales, support and other sectors to ensure product success.
